Fewer than 20 weeks remain until the green flag of the Checker Auto Parts 500 Presented by Pennzoil - the 20th fall NEXTEL Cup race in PIR history.

As the November 11 date looms for the second-to-last race in the 2007 Chase for the NEXTEL Cup, the Checker Auto Parts 500 Presented by Pennzoil should be nothing less than a thrill. Past champions like Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson, Matt Kenseth, and Tony Stewart will roar to the desert looking to hold off talented stars like Dale Earnhardt Jr., Denny Hamlin, Kevin Harvick, and Clint Bowyer - all of whom appear primed to shoot for their first series title.

For fans looking for a great view of PIR's frontstretch turns, look no further than the Foyt (Turn 1) or Petty (Turn 4) Grandstands. Tickets there - providing great views of late-lap action and the pits - are on sale for $87 and $62.

Those fans looking to be right on top of what is sure to be a close, competitive finish can take their seats in the Bryan Grandstands at PIR's start/finish line. Bryan tickets, also equipped with seatbacks, are on sale for $72.

If the backstretch is your favorite place to watch a race, then make your way to Grandstands 3 and 5 just outside of Turn 2 for $55 or less. Tickets are available for $55 and $35 each - that's a value!
